MahZeh?! ("the Service") is a document scanning and translation tool that uses AI to help users understand Hebrew documents. The Service is provided by Snir Bitton ("we", "us").
Acceptance of Terms
By using MahZeh, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What You Get
MahZeh provides AI-powered summaries, classifications, and translations of Hebrew documents. Free accounts receive 3 scans per month with summary and classification only. Paid plans (Basic and Unlimited) include full translations and higher scan limits as described on our pricing page.
Important Disclaimer
MahZeh is not a certified translation service. The translations and summaries are generated by AI and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on MahZeh for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions. Always consult a qualified professional (lawyer, accountant, doctor, etc.) when the stakes are high. We are not responsible for actions taken based on MahZeh's output.
Your Documents
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By using the service, you grant us permission to send your documents to the Anthropic Claude API for processing. We do not store your documents after processing is complete.
Acceptable Use
Don't use MahZeh to process documents you don't have the right to access. Don't attempt to abuse the service, circumvent scan limits, or overload our servers. Don't use automated scripts to access the service without permission.
Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed annually through CardCom. Prices are listed in NIS and include VAT where applicable. If you're unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Account Access
Paid accounts are identified by email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account if someone else accesses your email.
Service Availability
We aim to keep MahZeh available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top when changes are made.
Limitation of Liability
MahZeh is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
